What better way to exert some toddler energy than with your child in gymnastics? Parent-Tot was designed to allow the young time to explore gymnastics through fine and large motor skills all while maintaining a bond with their parent/caregiver.  Come join an instructor for some fun in the gym!

At the beginner level, there is NO experience necessary. We welcome all abilities. Here, the girls will be working on vault, bars, beam, and floor to begin to understand the fundamentals of gymnastics skills. During Beginners, you can expect an introduction to basic agility and conditioning to help develop strength and coordination all while working flexibility.
