Billing Information
Signature operates on a monthly billing cycle. Tuition is auto-billed through your iClass Pro account.
- Billing Date: The 15th of each month for the following month.
- If you wish to unenroll, you must email signaturegymnastics@gmail.com before the 15th to avoid charges.
- No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
- Tuition rates are listed next to each class during registration.
- If your payment declines on the 15th, your enrollment may be dropped.
Mid-Month Enrollment & Prorated Billing
- If you enroll after the 15th online, the system will automatically charge a prorated tuition for the remainder of the current month.
- You will then be billed on the 1st of the following month to align with the missed automated billing cycle. After that, your account will continue on the regular 15th-of-the-month billing schedule.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount for:
- A second class enrollment on one account
- Or a sibling enrollment
Annual Registration Fee
- A $30 annual registration fee is applied upon initial enrollment.
- This fee is automatically billed with your first enrollment (not for waitlist requests).
- This fee will recur annually on the anniversary of your first enrollment.
Waitlist Policy
- To join a waitlist, create an account and enroll in the desired class.
- Once a spot opens, we will notify you via email.
- You will have 48 hours to respond before the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
- There are no associated fees with waitlist requests.
Participant Code of Conduct
At Signature, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all athletes. To help us maintain this standard, all participants are expected to follow the guidelines below:
Respect & Sportsmanship
- Treat coaches, staff, teammates, and fellow athletes with kindness and respect at all times.
- Use appropriate language and behavior—bullying, teasing, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Any physicality on others will not be tolerated. This behavior includes, but is not limited to kicking, pushing, pinching, punching, choking, slapping, squeezing.
Safety & Responsibility
- Arrive on time and be prepared for class with proper athletic attire and hair tied back.
- Do not enter the facility without a coach’s permission.
- Should a participant require any special accommodations, please reach out directly to our office at signaturegymnastics@gmail.com with formal documentation to communicate those needs.
Facility Guidelines
- No food, gum, or drinks (except water) are allowed in the gym area.
- Keep personal belongings in designated areas and leave valuables at home.
- Respect all gym property and equipment—treat it as your own.
Violation of Code of Conduct
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct will result in the following:
- A verbal conversation with the participant regarding the situation (this includes a formal write up).
- A parent/guardian will be contacted to discuss the situation.
- Depending on the severity or frequency of the behavior, temporary or permanent removal from a class, team, or session may be enforced, without refund. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Signature’s administration.
